I use it for tamales. The flavor is great. I live in Florida and I use to live in Colorado. You can find great tamale chili in Colorado not so much in Florida. I came accross this sauce and it fit the bill. If I still lived in Colorado I would use Bueno chili. This is a good substitute.

Great enchiladas!
This is the best way to make enchiladas! First pour sauce into your cooked ground meat. Then dip your corn tortillas in the sauce. Then stuff and roll the corn tortillas with the mix, cheese, add onion and black olives 💋😘 Bake at 350 for 30 minutes...( sprinkle cheeder cheese and onion and black olives on top before baking).
