Wonderful rehydration drink - great ingredients!
My child loves Kinderlyte PLUS Electrolyte Solution, Cherry Punch flavor. I had heard there was an alternative drink that had no artificial ingredients and was all natural. I had to try this! Kinderlyte is a well thought out, nutritionally balanced electrolyte drink that tastes great and is priced right. The packaging is great, it is resealable. Great value as well. Will continue to buy. The Kinderlyte PLUS Electrolyte Solution really helped me hydrate quick! I loved the taste of the cherry punch. I honestly thought it would be too sweet but it was perfect. I drank/sipped the first cup at room temperature and drank the rest cold after refrigerating for awhile, it was good both ways! I noticed my lips weren't as dry and I finally felt hydrated. It is a good source of zinc, sodium, chloride, potassium, and it's plant based too! This worked much better than other brands I have tried and this will be my new go to for hydration.
