Hob - From Ambient - On This Stove Top. 1. Place 1 cup of rice in a saucepan. 2. Add 1 ¾ cups of water, bring to a boil and stir. 3. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 35 to 45 minutes. 4. Wonderful taste (mild) and texture (medium/thick). Add some organic coconut oil while cooking--Yum! And healthy and delicious! Just wish this had the USDA Organic certification (hopefully in the future), although glad to see the Non-GMO label!
