Great tasting alternative

These are great to have on hand as an alternative to regular flour tortillas. The taste isn't overly “wheat” tasting for lack of a better word. They last longer and remain fresh longer than name-brand or even other store's brands. If they seem to be getting stiff or more dense feeling I microwave them 10 seconds to soften them up and make them more pliable. I primarily use them for wraps at lunchtime.
