These are my absolute favorite chocolates. They can get messy because the heat of your fingers melts the chocolate, and they are little balls. You could just pop the whole thing in your mouth, but I tend to savor them because they are a bit expensive. Chocolate with chopped hazelnuts surrounding a thin "crepe" crunchy exterior. Inside; soft melted chocolate with a hazelnut in the middle. ugh, YUMMY.

it is difficult when you don't have any teeth, but chopping and grinding it all up makes it easier to enjoy. the taste of hazelnut is superb. the presentation is quite nice. it is delightful for sharing and the caramel makes it like a thick soft paste sorta.
