Made with 85% potato, these little potato pillows are light and airy with a savory flavor, bringing the rich tradition of Northern Italian cuisine to each package. Serve Gnocchi simply sautéed with butter and sage, dressed with olive oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano, tossed with basil pesto or partnered with a hearty meat ragú. The mini size lends itself to soups and baked pasta dishes where a smaller bite is just right.

Instructions
1. Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil. 2. Remove Gnocchi from pouch and add to boiling water. Stirring occasionally. 3. Boil for 3-4 minutes or until all the Gnocchi float to the top. 4. Drain in a colander, and serve with your favorite DeLallo sauce. Refrigerate after opening.

Exactly what I wanted
I've made gnocchi myself, and it's not difficult but takes a long time and I'm impatient. These are quick, cook up really well, hold their shape after cooked, and taste great. The packages I got had months till their 'best by' date, so I didn't need to rush to use them. These said "mini" and the size was perfect for my use. I can't imagine wanting them larger. I did 2 practice runs to perfect my recipe, and used the last 2 packages for a giant double batch. Chicken Gnocchi soup at Christmas was a big hit with no leftovers, so I'm ordering more now!
