This beef broth was perfect since it had 50% less sodium. It worked well for the recipes because of the "less sodium" content. It was easy to use because of the twist top so I didn't have to use the whole carton at once. I used part of it to flavor a small batch of vegetable soup and used the rest of it to make some gravy a few days later.
