I am a big fan of The Rendezvous in Memphis. I usually order their seasoning from their site, although it may not be exactly what they use, it's close and, costs me alot more money. When I found it here at Walmart.com I thought about it for a second, and jumped on it. Now when I cook my baby backs I have the seasoning that is very close to what they use in the restaurant. Since I live more than 16 hrs from Memphis, this will do for now.

You get a great bargain on this product by buying it at Walmart rather than the rendezvous site . This spice rub is great on all meats and chicken. I use it as a spicy replacement for paprika on everything. It is especially tasty on cottage cheese.
