I picked this up to liven up our holiday lunches on cold days, and it worked so well. The snowflake shapes look adorable in the bowl, and they hold their texture better than I expected for a themed pasta. It cooks evenly in just a few minutes, and my favorite way to use it has been mixing in red peppers and green spinach so the whole dish looks festive without any effort. Just like the regular noodles, but fun snowflake shape. I used them in a chicken noodle soup that I took for a gathering and everyone loved the "theme" of it (and the soup as well)! Doesn't take any longer than regular noodles. I will purchase again.
