Safe to use between bowel movements and at bedtime for additional comfort. For feminine cleansing: Apply Balneol® lotion to a clean tissue and gently wipe and pat the external vaginal area. Safe to repeat as often as necessary.Use Balneol® during bouts of diarrheaUse Balneol cleansing lotion on toilet paper during frequent trips to the bathroom to keep irritation of the sensitive anal area to a minimum. The protective coating helps keep the skin clean and soothed. I use Balneol clean around my stoma when I change my bag. I have a full colostomy. Not only does it keep my skin, soft and clean even the bits of stool that have hardened because of pancaking, it also helps me get rid of the sticky parts of the tape or the bands. I used to keep the wafer tight on my skin. This product was introduced to me by a wound care nurse when I had cancer surgery and I had to get an APR. If you have to clean anything related to stool, this is the way to do it.

I have been using Balneol for about 15 years. It is a wonderful product and very easy to use. It is a little expensive but worth every penney!
