Sharp and easy to use

I've had a few mandolines before that weren't too great but this was decently priced so I decided to give it a try. I've been using it for about a month or two and so far it has been great. Easy to use. Great safety features. Sharp sharp sharp. I've cut mostly onions and tomatoes with it and just used regular slicing methods. Nothing fancy. I highly recommend this item.

Slicing (& more) made easy!

I'm just starting to get the hang of using this mandoline. I have pretty good knife skills so it's a bit different using a tool that does the work for you but even with my knife skills( I previously worked at a military dining hall prepping vegetables) I can't slice as thin as this can.

It works!

I've used it twice so far to slice potatoes and onions. It's great for thin-slicing potatoes. It takes awhile to get used to the motion required. The food guard is a bit big to fit in the palm of my hand, which it's supposed to do. Hoping I become more proficient with more use.
