Very lightweight and very sturdy. There was enough cushion for my knees, which I've had surgery on both. I like the changeable heights so if I want to sit, it's a perfect height for working in a raised bed or if I need to be on my knees to pull weeds. I just flip it over the collapsible legs are easy to use and it stores in a small space.
