De Nigris Zesty Flavor Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, 8.5 oz

The flavor is perfectly balanced - rich and slightly sweet with that bright ,zesty kick, that makes everything taste better . I've been using it on salads (tuna and lettuce mostly) ,roasted veggies , drizzling it over grilled meat and it instantly elevates every dish . The texture is smooth ,not too thick and the quality really shows. Small amount adds so much flavor.

This is delicious! I really like the topper. The packaging was very thoughtful and they even put a thank you card with recipes inside. I used this on tomato and mozzarella cheese and it was great.
