I don't know if this item would be suitable for word processing or other office tasks. However, I bought it to handle my emails, browse the internet, and do the occasional video meeting. At these tasks, the chromebook does very well. I am happy with this purchase.

The company I purchased these from through Walmart... they are the best supplier I have ever done business with ever! Trying to get Chromebooks for our students this year has been overwhelmingly difficult. Even though these may have been a little bit more than we had wanted to spend, they were brand new and they were on our door next day! Thank you so much!
