(1)Download & Register: Install "Fit Profile" via App Store/Play Store or scan the QR code. Create an account. (2)Pair Scale: (A)Enable Bluetooth (Android 6.0+: also turn on Location). (B)Place scale on hard floor. Open app, tap "Pair Device" (or go to My Device > Smart Bathroom Scale). (C)Step on/off scale to power it. Select "Fit Plus LN" in the app to connect. (3)Measure: (A)Keep the app open on the "Home" screen. (B)Ensure scale is on hard surface (not carpet). (C)Step on/off to turn on; wait for "0.0" display. (D)Stand barefoot until scale beeps twice/all data shows. Results sync to the app. Note: Complete profile details (height, etc.) in the app before measuring for accurate metrics. Avoid moving the scale during use.
