Conducts heat really well, got hot very fast. Very lightweight. For a quick stovetop cook like mac and cheese or stuffing, the handle actually doesn't get too hot so that's a plus. For longer cook items I would recommend using something to grab the handle.

Love This Stainless Pot

I love this pan! The stainless steel and finish are very nice quality - the mirror finish on it is beautiful. It hasn't been discolored or gotten any scratches no matter the material utensils that I use. My son, who makes too much mac and cheese, needed one, so I gave him mine, and I bought another one. I made pudding in it, and it cooked so quickly with the thick base. I wanted something for pasta that wasn't huge. It really is high end quality, and I highly recommend it.
