Product details

Widely used for metalwork, tool making, model engineering, wood grinding, welding, chamfering, casting, deburring, sculpting. Can process stainless steel, iron, cast steel, bearing steel, high carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum, jade, wood etc.
Made of tungsten carbide (tungsten steel), rotary files feature wear resistance, good toughness, heat resistance, higher hardness but is more brittle. Carbide can run at higher speed than high-speed steel. Carbide material with good milling and cutting performance, ensures high work efficiency.
Designed with double cut. The groove lines are crossed. Double groove rotary files are more suitable for the object density is relatively low, such as wood, plastic, aluminum.
Requirement rotating speed is: 6000-50000rpm/min. Fit most rotary tools with three jaw chuck for accurate centering. Mainly used on electric tools or pneumatic tools (can also be installed on machine tools). Always ensure the shank is well inserted into your collet and clamped down tightly.
