Good quality but snug.
This is overall a good hat. It fits a bit more snug than I would have liked but it seems durable and the quality is good. I would recommend this for Halloween costumes or if you go to a college that has red and white colors (e.g. Nebraska). I measured my head for this review and it's 22" or 56 cm. I'm including a picture for you to judge, but I feel that the proportions of the hat are ever so... off... Good value for money though. Maybe it will break in.
