Excellent sleep aid and very affordable

My husband uses these and they work great. The active ingredient is Doxylamine Succinate, which is different than what you find in typical sleep aids that contain diphenhydramine. He finds the former fat more effective, and likes being able to buy them in larger quantities. Highly recommend if you've been on Tylenol PM or a other sleep aid, this different antihistamine is quite effective.
