I used yesterday at beach…it did do as said about not getting full of sand, but the quality of fabric, size, stitching seemed very pork quality. I'm conflicted……I did not have issue just giving it quick flip %26 no sand was stuck in the towel, but again found it extremely thin, kinda rough fabric…was not soft….it dried out quickly %26 is still held together despite The appearance of flimsy stitching. Perhaps unfair to give poor rating until wash, and see hope it holds up!! The best quality was the fact that unlike other towels we had with us, this towel was completely free of sand by time packed car up!! Did not keep me warm after getting out of water, but again…the sand did not stick to me or the towel!!

I was pretty disappointed with this. Calling it a "beach towel" feels like a stretch because it is ridiculously thin. I knew microfiber towels tend to be lighter and more compact, but this is so thin that it feels more like a large cleaning cloth or lightweight travel towel than something comfortable to lay on at the beach or pool. It does dry quickly and folds up small, which is nice for travel, but the lack of thickness really takes away from the comfort and overall feel. If you are expecting a plush or even moderately soft beach towel, this is not it. It also does not feel worth the price for what you get. For me, this missed the mark as an actual beach towel. Maybe okay if you specifically want something ultra thin and compact for travel, but otherwise I would skip it. Definitely not something I would repurchase.
