Talatex latex pillows and mattresses are different to memory foam. It is supportive by holding and surrounding your head and body very well. One of the properties of natural latex products is the even pressure distribution between your head, shoulder, and body

If it does not regain its perfect shape even after Two day of waiting, What should we do?
A. First, take out the latex pillow and let it sit at room temperature for some time to allow it to naturally expand. This may take several hours or overnight.
B. Next, gently pat the latex pillow with your hands to help relax and separate the latex particles. This will help to restore the shape and support of the latex pillow.
C. If the latex pillow still cannot recover its original shape, you can consider putting it in a dryer. Place the latex pillow in a soft cushion or towel, and select a low temperature and low spin cycle. During the drying process, stop every 15 minutes to gently pat the latex pillow to help it regain its shape
NOTE: Our latex pillow is washable. Keep your inner pillowcase with the pillow and put it in the laundry bag. Please do not refer to other brands of latex pillows as the technology is not the same.
Taking Care of Your Pillow How to Prep
The pillows arrive compress packed. For good use, prep as below:
- Within a week of receiving the pillow，open the plastic wrap and remove the pillows.
- It would be better to leave the pillow in a dry and ventilated place for 1-2 days.
- Natural latex pillow have a little natural rubber smell, but it is harmless to human body, the smell will fade away in the air.
