I was skeptical when I saw this on the website but decided I would like to check it out because I want to keep our house safe. The item came pretty quickly. It was packaged in plastic and then put into a box. The two items were wrapped separately but in the same box. I was more skeptical when I saw the end of the hose that goes onto the vacuum hose. The piece reminds me of the little mushy toys would get in a cereal box when I was a kid and we'd throw it on the wall or ceiling. I'm not sure how else to describe it. After looking at it side eyed 👀 I was able to put the piece on the vacuum hose and started the process. Last time I vacuumed out the lint catcher thingy, my hand was cut due to some sharp piece - I'll tell you what, I bet I never cut my hand again. The hose worked so well with the vacuum part. I'm a weird wife- I love to clean and I love this new vacuum attachment! Definitely recommend.
