About warranty:
- Please test the screen first when you receive the package, if the screen is damaged, please do not install it on the phone! There will be no warranty after installation.
- If the screen test does not work perfectly, we can offer a refund or replacement, but only if the screen is not installed.
- There is no warranty for artificially damaged screens.
- If you are not a technician, we will not offer warranty for self-installed screens.
- If the screen is damaged or does not work, please provide the package, test picture and proof with the front and back picture of the screen. If there is no test picture, we will refuse to refund.
- No refund will be made to customers who have mistakenly purchased the wrong product.

*If you are not a phone repair technician, we do not recommend you install the screen yourself, as it is not easy to install and improper installation can easily cause damage to the screen. We will not provide warranty for self-installed screens. Please take the screen to the repair shop for repair.
All products will be tested before shipping.
*After receiving the goods, the screen will be tested and installed only if the test passes. If the screen detects a problem during the test, please do not install it on the phone/iPad! Please contact us immediately to solve the problem.
*Once the screen is installed (insert the screw or glue), THERE IS NO WARRANTY.
* The screen is very fragile, incorrect installation method may cause the screen to break, please make sure to test it before using glue or screws to install it. If the test works perfectly at first, but many lines appear after installation, it is because the screen is broken during installation and damaged. This situation will void the warranty on the screen.
About the order:
- Once the order has been collected, you will not be able to change the address or contact number, nor cancel the order. Please make sure that the address is correct and that you really need this product before placing the order.
About the reception:
- Please check the packaging and the appearance of the screen as soon as you receive the product.
If the product is damaged or cracked, please do not install it with glue or screws and take photos to contact us.
How to test the screen: 1.
Turn off the device and remove the battery or battery flex cable to make sure the device is turned off. 2. Disconnect the original display flex cable from the motherboard.
3. Connect the new display flex cable to the motherboard.
4. Power on and test the display and touch functions.
