Easy clean pull out filter, n water drainage hole is on back of unit....no running into window frame. My previous ac had no access to clean filter n much of the water stayed in unit. I dont know where drainage hole was?. I believe it contributed to a long cough that now has left since I got new a.c. It is cold and im under blanket, loving it

well I bought them Madea without the remote and they got so cold that I didn't feel like getting out of bed to turn it off because it's on the other side of my room so I gave that to my friend he puts it right by his bed and his window he can reach over and turn it off and he loves it now this machine I love it I got the remote it works great cut on and off so you don't get too cold is awesome. we took our air conditioner out of the living room window because it was really old and full of dirt and we used the two in our bedroom and it's up in the living room and our electric bill went down quite a bit so that also are very energy efficient the media and the Phillips
