This was the 2nd Humsure humidifier I bought…had no problems with the 1st one but because I burn wood in a wood stove to heat my home, it gets very dry in my living room and one humidifier was not enough to add moisture to the air. However after buying the 2nd one it stopped working after about 4 weeks. So I reached out to the Walmart Marketplace store and asked them to replace the motor so that I wouldn’t have to go through the process of returning and buying another large room humidifier. Their response was to ask for my email address, to which I provided and they never responded again. So I wound up having to return the humidifier to get my money back anyways. I likely will not buy from Humsure again because of the negative experience .
