NO SUBTITLES OR CAPTION. HEARING IMPAIRED BEWARE

I thought WSE meant Wi subtitles in English. The movie has no subtitles or captions and I cannot understand the dialogue without subtitles or captions. This is a major disappointment and I now have to return the movie to my local walmart. I am super mad about this.
