S.A.T. contains curcumin phytosome and silybin phytosome - plant extracts complexed with phosphatidylcholine, which is derived from soy. Phosphatidylcholine contains no soy protein. If pregnant, consult your health-care practitioner before using this product. This product should not be taken concurrently with cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan) and/or the chemotherapy drug irinotecan.

While I haven't taken this a full 30 days yet, I purchased it for the milk thistle primarily and found the other ingredients to be added value. I like how the product is formulated for superior absorption; I always look for this feature in supplements. it's too early to tell how great SAT is as an antioxidant with ability to strengthen liver cells and aide in maintaining a normal inflammatory response. I do use Thorne for other supplements I take and highly respect and recommend the brand in general.
