The RBF is strong with this one.

Ergodyne's hardhat liners have become essential winter gear for me. I like them much more than balaclavas or gaiters, as their design lets me don and doff the liner without having to smush my curly hair down on my forehead or wad my very long beard into the shape of an electrified possum. That, and they keep my head warm. I also use them at home without a hardhat. I also like that the mouthpieces are removeable, in case you don't feel like the weather requires full-face covering. One improvement I would like to see is replacing the velcro strip used to hold the mouthpieces on with a larger triangular panel that reaches all the way to the face opening, or extending the wings on the mouthpieces. Some faces are larger than others, and the mouthpieces could use a little larger surface area to grab hold of. The 6852 is a cotton shell with the poly fleece liner, which is also equipped with pouches for warming packs for those exceedingly cold days, and the 6870 mouthpiece is of matching construction, minus the pouches (chances are, there's enough hot air that comes out of your mouth, you don't need a warming pouches for that).
