I ordered as a cyber price that had dropped 250 dollars after Black Friday. Haven't used yet as they are for a Christmas gift ( to myself). My neighbor has same ones and have been so happy with them that they ordered another set with me. They were amazed I found this deal. Came well packaged in boxes. Hard plastic we were looking for. Paddle is really lightweight too. Would definitly recommend. Will review Shan after we actually use them.

Received a reply last night that they would respond today and they did. My new rudder is on the way at no charge. I did expect to pay for it and would have been happy to do so.
