Cotton fabric with a print made into a window valance. The valances have surged edges and no tags sewn in. Each valance has a 3 inch pocket for curtain rod insert and a 1 inch header. These valances are not lined or backed, they do not block complete sunlight. Machine washable. These decorative valances are perfect for themed events, special occasions, or everyday window decor.
