Mission low carb wraps/fajitas are great. I am a diabetic so carbs are a big no no. So when I want chips for dips or salsa, my husband will cut these up in triangles, coat them in olive oil and sprinkle taco seasoning on them. Bake them and I've got stuff to dip that doesn't raise my blood sugar. We also use them for breakfast wraps, taste great (not cardboard) and have a good texture.

These taste exactly like the full carb version of this tortilla. They are light, fluffy and are used in my home for any meal from breakfast to dinner, and any snack in-between. Great product, easy to wrap/roll while making a tortilla, and I have YET to have these tear during that process. I always purchase these and the only minus? The price. Sometimes I have to debate with myself on whether or not I want to pay the price/cost difference between these and the Great Value brand. Being a person that has to watch my carb intake due to health issues, I go ahead and purchase these every time. The taste. flavor, and versatility wins every time!

Provides really good satiety. I use these for "subs" and pizza tortillas and they work perfectly. Spread some tomato paste down first and salt it. Then sprinkle on your mozzarella and toppings. Bake, then flip with parchment and brown the other side. The tortilla doesn't get soggy. Check out my 270 calorie pepperoni and feta pizza. It's as filling as a full meal.
