Great Protein Powder!
I bought Swanson's Premium Whey Protein Powder per the recommendation of an eating plan I'm following. I now use the protein powder daily. The taste is phenomenal and it thickens up my shakes quite well. The protein definitely gives me the energy kick I need.Great product!

I have been trying to increase my protein intake, for muscle health, when I exercise.If you have tried to do that, you know how hard it is to get a sufficient amount of protein in your diet.About a year ago, I started adding Swanson's Premium Vanilla Whey Powder to my smoothies, and now don't have to work so hard, to increase my protein intake.I love that it doesn't have a long ingredients list, like so many protein supplements, is high in protein, low in carbs, no added sugar or sweetener and adds a nice creamy taste to my smoothies.
