Great help for lower back

This shapewear has helped me a lot with my very painful lower back that makes it agony to sta d up and do anything. I realized the pain was coming from my stomach pulling down on the muscles attached to my spine in the lower back. As soon as I put this shape wear on, the stomach was supported and the pain dissipated. I weigh 199, 5'.5", 78 yr., ordered a 3x and it was fine. The velcro works best if you attach the two ends before trying to put on the garment. Once adjusted correctly, it is easy to pull it on already fastened and adjust the waistband for comfort.
