installer only installed the trampoline .

The product is fine as a whole. However, the installer only installed the trampoline and did not install the swing set or the slide. He left everything else outside. I was under the impression that those items were included in the installation service that I paid for. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding this situation. No one informed me that those items were not included or that they would not be installed. If I had known beforehand, I would not have paid for the additional installation service. Because the service was incomplete, I would like a refund for the installation service that was not fully completed. I would appreciate someone reaching out to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
