Item arrived fine and ahead of expected date; however, the quality is absolute trash. The body of the cleaner is a cheap plastic that doesn't hold together. Parts kept falling off when I tried to use it. It says type 3 battery which SHOULD be AA but it actually needs C. It is incredibly loud. There was ZERO suction AT ALL and it did nothing to clean my tank. A massive waste of money, even if it WAS a good deal.
