This sofa exceeded my expectations. it is a lovely color and was fairly easy to assemble with one person. it was a great deal for the price. Ignore the wrinkled pillows - I need to steam them. I would definitely buy again.

Worst customer service ever!!!!

Only received 1 box and that was slit through the cardboard. We only received a portion of the item. All fixtures, screws, anchors, etc. were missing. The back of the couch was missing as well as pillows. Waited 3 extra days and nothing more was delivered. After all the orders I have placed through Walmart, this has to be the worst experience I have ever had at any store! I was told I would not get a refund nor any missing parts. I was told to go through the manurfacturer KUMAN. I tried to speak with them and was told someone would get back to me in 48 hours. You received payment immediately and I expect the same courtesy. The picture showing delivery was of ONE BOX, not 2 as what was supposed to be shipped.
