The Matfer Bourgeat Black Carbon Steel Crepe Pan is a professional’s choice for making classic French crepes. Its low walls and sloped handle make it easy to flip crepes, pancakes, and omelets. Manufactured of single-plate, 3mm thick, carbon black steel for excellent heat retention. Black carbon steel is a natural mineral material, which provides a slick nonstick surface once seasoned. High quality welded steel handle is free from rivets to prevent stuck or burned pieces of food or bacteria. Oven safe and compatible with all types of stovetops. Season with factory instructions before first use to ensure lifelong nonstick properties. Guaranteed by Matfer Bourgeat USA with a limited lifetime warranty. Available in a choice of 4 sizes; each is sold separately.
