Although a high back chair it does not recline or rock at all. This chair has you in a proper posture 90 degree if not acute angle tipping forward. So don't expect to stretch your back out or kick back at lunch break. While screwing in the arms I could not get two of the 6 screws in because it wouldn't line up. On top of it although pictured as plush it's pretty pancake. Now, this is also not a Walmart item it is shipped from an affiliated company that Walmart carries called ojcommerce in which I did not realize does not have Walmarts return guidelines but a strict list of impossible requests and demands in order to even return the product including but not limited to-must have original packaging, can not ever be assembled, you pay return fees and on top of all of that a 50% restocking fee. So looks like I'll be selling this online or using it somewhere else as the closed clam position tends to inspire a hunch back posture. I wish I would have known that Walmart did not handle the claims of this product upon purchase and pretty bummed to find out that they don't stand behind the products they pedal. This coming from a Walmart plus member.
