One of the best probiotics for adults

My husband and I have used this for a few weeks now. It's done wonders for our stomach issues. We were taking other probiotics we found at the store, but it eventually didn't work for us anymore. So we tried the Renew Life Extra Care probiotics. It had 12 strains versus the usual 5 strains you usually see. This makes a difference and there's 30 billion of them. The more there is the higher the chance it has in surviving your gut and getting to your gut to help with digestion issues, immune health, etc. It's also a major plus that the capsules are vegetarian, gluten free, dairy-free and soy-free. I recommend putting these in the fridge right away to keep the cultures alive longer, especially if you live in an area where it's warmer. I highly recommend these probiotics for men and women. It should be part of everyone's daily supplements.

Perfect Probiotic

The Renew Life Adult Probiotic worked wonders to get my gut back on track after a summer of eating poorly. Binging on carbs for three months left me in agony and with a lot of lower GI symptoms that I wanted gone fast. I combined transitioning carbs out of my diet while taking the Renew Life Probiotic and I am extremely relieved to say that I feel like a completely new person. All the yucky side effects of poor eating are gone and my bowels are functioning like a champ. I took the Probiotics for a little over two weeks and it did take a little over a week to start seeing results, but the wait was worth it. I plan to continue using these until the bottle runs out to give my gut the best chance at recovery. I like this probiotic because it's vegetarian and has over 30 BILLION cultures per capsule. That is a huge amount and nearly ensures that a significant amount survive to colonize. The capsules themselves are normal-sized and swallow fairly easily with a sip of water. They have relatively no taste or odor. I had a great experience with this brand of probiotic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get their intestinal flora back on track.
