Sturdy and stable as a rock

Was looking for a solid ramp to load bikes in and out of my F250 4X4 and this newly designed surface really caught my eye. I bought the 10' which is about 1' longer than what was recommended for my truck tailgate height. The stability of this ramp and the traction that your feet get is awesome. The way that the two ramps connect is very simple and quick. You can separate the ramps for ATV loading and unloading. When the bike is in the truck bed each ramp folds and slides between the bike and truck bed wheel well. The price was cheaper than a small towable trailer and transporting a bike in the back of your truck is much safer and less worry than a small open towable trailer. Your bike also stays cleaner up in your truck than behind your truck on an open trailer. The ramps are heavier than other designs but that adds to the stability of this ramp.

Best ramps for my use.

My days of riding a dirt bike up a 2x10 into the back of a pickup are over. I now load two motorcycles in the back of my 2006 Toyota Tundra double cab and travel with my wife and oldest son to ride asphalt, jeep trails and mountain passes in search of fall colors and mountain vistas. I spent a lot of time searching for the right ramps before I bought the EZ Rizers. After several months of use, here?s my thoughts. The ramps are well designed and well built - no question. My Suzuki DR650 and BMW F650GS Dakar with panniers fill the pickup box - there is little room for error. The 38? width gives me the option to ride or walk alongside the bike. At first I though a little narrower might be more convenient, but a slight bobble convinced me the width was good. I like the traction surface because there is no worry of getting your foot caught in cross-rungs - but at a hefty 46 lbs, they weigh 10 lbs more per ramp. The traction stars are a little sharp so handle carefully or wear gloves. The two ramps, when folded and stacked, are only about 10? high so they both fit between the bikes and underneath the foot pegs. The only decision I question is the 8? length I chose to save space. There is no problem with the ramp angle at the tailgate. The issue is at the bottom. When the front wheel is 3 feet up the ramp, the seat height is about 6 inches higher off the ground than normal, which can be a lot. A longer ramp would help. Even so, riding a single bike into the middle of the box is quite comfortable. It is loading the two side by side that requires a lot more caution. Loading the lighter Suzuki first off, last on, gives me more room to handle the BMW. The only thing I would change (for my use) is a little less weight capacity to make the ramps lighter, and possibly longer ramps. Great product!

Solid and safe for loading my 900 pound Goldwing into my tru

I love riding my motorcycle as much as i like going on road trips with my truck and camper, but never been able to do both. I always wanted to bring my Goldwing with me but never had a safe, secure way to load a 900 pound Goldwing into my truck. Found these, saw they came in a 12' length so i bought two and was impressed when i received them. Once unfolded, the low loading angle is nearly the same pitch as my driveway, just simply drive on, easy. I setup, load and put away in under 10 minutes,, Safely. Very happy with the product, good grip, plenty wide to put my feet down going up the ramp. I recorded video of me going up / down and the ramps don't even budge. Highly recommend it to anyone whom wants a quality, solid & safe product. Just don't expect your 90 pound grandma to set them up, at 65 pounds each they are beefy.
