I've been wanting to jar some foods for a while and this mason jar sealer worked well. I tested it without any foods and with food and take about 10-20 seconds each time to seal the jar. The seal is tight and difficult to remove with just your hands, so it comes with a little opener. It's easy to use. Simply place the device over the jar, press down, turn on, and wait. That's it. It's USB-C, so that's a big plus. It also came with the jar opener and sever jar lids. My only complaint is that the LED display is not very bright and difficult to see in the kitchen light, but honestly, it's not really needed. Recommended.

It was a little hard to get it to go over the top of the mason jar actually had to have my husband help me. The rubber seal inside does not like to stay in place. It did work,It just took a while to get it to go.
