The texture and the taste are perfect for my uses and chicken salad and potato salad. It's the best been using it for years and 55 years I would say it's the best on the market Only homemade might be better, but I think this brand has the quality that I want and this is what I use. I've had no complaints from those that sat on my table and have it in their potato salad or chicken salad. And I don't have to spend hours making it from scratch it's Jarred. It's perfect. It's ready to go.

I only use the dill relish. My family doesn't like sweet relish. We find it excellent for egg salad, tuna salad, cole slaw and chicken salad. Basically I find it impossible to make a good tasting salad without dill relish. Try it instead of sweet relish. You might be surprised at the extra zing you get.
