My favorite casual top for summer.

My favorite casual top for summer. This top fits in the bust; the shoulders aren't too wide, and the armholes don't gap. It is exactly the right length for me, too.Yes, the a-line swing is a bit oversized, but that makes it perfect for summer weather in the garden. It has just the right amount of stretch- it gives, but doesn't cling, and the fabric is not see-through. I have every color available in L (missed out on white and on coral.) I'd buy more if it came in more colors. Bright pastels would be nice- pink, lavender, sky blue, mint, lemon yellow.

I bought this last summer in Dusty Coral, which is quite bright but for summer it's just right. Not crazy about the trapeze shape so I altered it myself. Love the weight--not flimsy and very good-looking. It was the top I grabbed first on these warm spring days and I ordered 2 more today. It's a great length to hide a tummy, but not so long as tunics which just don't work for me at 5'4". These will wear well.
