Frustrating
Ordered 2 sets of dishes and BOTH were broken. Dishes were so thin and decided not to reorder. Returning dishes was the worst experience. Paid for dishes with 3 gift cards (which had been destroyed) and receiving information about re-repayment was extremely frustrating as nobody was knowledgeable.
