With macros as insane as this has, you can't expect the same results as a regular mac and cheese. The pasta noodles were a little hard for my first few times making it but thats cuz i was just hungry and impatient so i didnt let it sit for as long as it says too. When i waited the full time tho the noodles were a normal texture. I recommend cooking them for the middle time the package says. The cheese flavor is really good too and pairs really good with some chicken.
