Operation Method:
1. Connect the machine to the 220V 3-phase power supply with reliable grounding. Feed the raw materials into the roasting roller through the feeding inlet.
2. Turn on the power switch, set the electromagnetic program, the heating time and the heating temperature as needed, and the machine starts heating.
3. Turn the motor switch to the FWD position, and the machine starts roasting the raw materials. Adjust the motor speed as required.
4. After the time is up, the machine stops roasting. Turn the motor switch to the REV position, and discharge the roasted materials to the material receiving box.
5. After discharging all the materials, turn the motor switch to the STOP position, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.
6. Wait for the machine to cool down naturally, and then clean the machine thoroughly.
