It works, but it's very disappointing.
The machine arrived with missing screws, no instructions, and all warning labels are in Chinese. Within just a couple days of use the paint began to peel off and it began rusting just from the humidity in the air, even the stainless steel portions. I'm not using it for anything heavy duty, I'm just shredding EPS styrofoam, so I would imagine the durability is even worse if used for plastics or other materials. The machine does do what it is supposed to do, which is why I gave it 3 stars, but it is shockingly and painfully slow and the build quality is very subpar. I can't say that I would recommend purchasing this machine.
