Wilton Brownie Pops Silicone Brownie and Cake Pop Molds Pan, 8-Cavity

Love this pan. If you cut off the rounded part of the brownie and dip it in chocolate it seals the cake to keep it fresh and adds good looks and great taste. I use a stick most of the time but I made ghosts last year and had the rounded bottom problem so went to the above method. I dipped in white chocolate and then decorated. Pan doesn't stick and goes in the dishwasher. Great product.

I have used this mold quite a few times and the brownies bake very well in it. I have usually just popped the brownie pops out and iced them as they sit on a plate, not on a stick. Because of this, I have encountered a rounded bottom which makes for an uneven display. Use of the stick, hence a "pop", is very helpful to display with an imperfect underneath. Good product.
