I use this lip balm every day, especially if I will be in the sun while taking a walk. It keeps my lips from getting sunburn. I also use it to put a little color on my lips throughout the day (there are several colors to choose from). I've been using this for several years and always have at least 2 on hand. I do not wear a lot of make-up, prefer a more natural look. With that said, I find this lip balm provides just the right amount of color while providing moisture to my lips. Regarding the taste/flavor, it reminds me of sunscreen. It is a mild, not overbearing taste.
