Spring Valley Adult 50+ Multivitamin Tablets, 365 Count

These vitamins seem to have a good variety of ingredients. They are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach like some and there's no aftertaste. The bottle has a year's supply so it's a good value. Continued use will give me a good idea as to how they improve my overall health.

The packaging was just right for one person to take one vitamin a day for a year, there's 365 tablets in the bottle of 50+ multivitamins! However, my husband and I decided a few years ago to skip the idea of having separate bottles of 50+ women's and 50+ men's vitamins. We were totally fine with sharing a bottle of 50+ vitamins! In one of the pics, I have two tablets in my hand, one for hubby and one for me. The vitamins from Spring Valley provide us with all of the main vitamins and minerals that we need on a daily basis for our maintenance! I appreciated that, too!
